HARTFIELD ROAD, WIMBLEDON

LTH Construction took on the development of a new build scheme of six flats in Wimbledon, London.

The scheme required an experienced development team, who had all the necessary resources and skills to run the project from the start, where we were required to demolish two existing buildings on site, to the end when we handed the keys over to a very happy client.

The site was located in an extremely challenging location, between a busy tram line and main road, with traffic lights a short distance away, which backed up traffic past the site on a daily basis. There was also a bus stop directly outside the site, which could not be obstructed. TFL cameras kept an eye on proceedings, but through skilled management and forward planning, not a single issue or complaint was made by either TFL, or any of the neighbours regarding the build.

The construction of all six flats was completed in line with the planned programme and delivered on time and within budget, despite the client making some last minute upgrades to the specification.
