LTH Construction are proud to have worked with The Swiss Watch Company in developing their new high end retail premises.

The project included the excavation and construction of a new basement, that included office space, storage facilities, staff canteen and workshops. To the ground floor, we carried out a full refurbishment and extension of the existing space, to create bespoke high end retail space, that reflected the quality of product the client would be selling.

In addition to the above works, the building was extended to the rear at first floor level and an entire new second floor was added, along with a new roof and loft extension, to create two new high spec residential flats.
