FOUR STORY TWIN DEVELOPMENT, WIMBLEDON VILLAGE

LTH Construction were tasked with a stunning and complex development in the heart of leafy Wimbledon Village, SW19, creating a pair of houses on the land where one property stood for two siblings and their families.

Each home is set over four floors with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a unique approach to maximising the floor plans to create airy, open-plan living areas suited to each clients individual lifestyles both inside and out.

LTH’s unique approach to both construction and design challenges where the very best craftsmanship is applied; helped us fully align with the client, architect and interior designer to seamlessly realise their vision.

Five Bed Terrace Home, Putney

Situated in the heart of Putney, this development consisted of sympathetically merging the old with the new throughout, adding a stunning rear extension that includes a full basement, atrium and large kitchen area.

In addition a stunning roof conversion added an extra three rooms to the property including a beautiful roof terrace.

Three Bed Terrace Home, Battersea

This stunning period property located in Battersea has been entirely gutted and is on its way to becoming a beautiful 3 bedroom home with fabulous open plan living downstairs.

We were tasked to sympathetically increase the size of the building by adding a stunning new roof conversion adding the 3rd bedroom with en-suit and rear extension to create a light and airy open plan kitchen area.

LARGE EDWARDIAN HOME, BEACONSFIELD

A stunning Edwardian family home, that was carefully stripped back to its bare brick walls, before being completely redeveloped and doubled in size, to create 6,000 sqft of exquisite living space.

LTH Construction worked closely with the architect, Scenario Architecture, to ensure all the original Edwardian features were carefully removed and then sympathetically re-installed into the new larger building; creating a beautiful juxtaposition between old and new that brought the clients vision to life.

 ISLINGTON, LONDON

One of two New Build Properties constructed by LTH Construction, in the centre of Islington, London. Both properties were constructed to exacting standards, using the best quality materials and utilised bespoke designs by LTH, to create stunning visual features, such as the floating staircases that dominate the central living space.

The properties were 4,000 sqft and 6,500 sqft respectively, both had basements (one with a double depth basement) and multiple terraces, including a large roof terrace accessed via bespoke electric roof lights. Due to the quality of the build and finish, both properties were sold for a record sqft rate for the area.

THE BARN, HENLEY-ON-THAMES

LTH Construction were asked to completely strip out and rebuild this beautiful 350 year old barn for clients, who had at the time, had spent two years searching for the perfect contractors.

The blending of old and new is always a unique challenge. Dovetailing modern features with straight lines into old rustic buildings, requires great sympathy and a high level of skill. Always up for a challenge, that stretches our skill sets, we’re very proud to have created a truly spectacular new home for our client.
